“There are two main differences in our export products compared to our domestic products. First, we treat our cardboard boxes with a patented adhesive that helps prevent mold growth or oxidation during transportation, which slows down the ripening process of the fruit. packaging for tomatoes, for example, helps to extend the shelf life of tomatoes by half a month.
“Secondly, we use a printing process that makes the boxes more durable after they are assembled. They do not change shape easily. In addition, we use water-based ink, which is better for more environmentally friendly than traditional oil-based inks. That’s an important requirement in the international market.”
