Deputy Mayor Kidd abruptly ends 2nd public comment session. She says it is “out of order”. Fluoride supports leave meeting with Councilman Collins observing from the back of the room. 2:02:07 Deputy Mayor Kidd leaves calling this uncivil and inappropriate behavior..
